can´t update

    Steam accounts do not expire, so it will still be there.
    If it was purchased on your dad's Steam account, then you need to use that account to access it.

    it was on my account we purchased the game. thats why im so confused becuse evry other game got saved when i got windows 10. and thanks for u helping me :)

    Well, as you saw, it does not show up in your account.
    But if you are 100% sure, contact the Steam Support:
    https://help.steampowered.com

    Tell them you bought the game on your account and that it's not there.
    They will be able to access your information and help you further, and eventually tell you if that is the same account you bought the game from or not.

    That's a pretty important information :)
    If you purchased via Humble Bundle, then that explains why the game was in your 'download' folder.
    Steam is relevant only if you redeemed the game on Steam, which you haven't.

    You need to use this:
    https://www.humblebundle.com/resender
    So that Humble Bundle sends you a copy of the mail with your personal download/key page.
    https://wiki.beamng.com/Updating_the_game#Humble_Bundle
    You need to insert the same email address used in the purchase
