So my old mic that I had stopped working a few days ago and I got a new mic for christmas from the same brand, which I kind of know for being a bit difficult to set up at times. The mic won't even connect and ive looked everywhere so this is kind of my last hope. It came with an aux thing which I wont use because apparently ones like mine wont work. When I go to my devices and printers thing it wont even show up and when i go to add device it doesn't even detect it even when its plugged in. Can anyone else help me here? If you need it, it's a Gecko Gear mic and the model is literally just called pro headset with mic
What is this Aux thing? You mean it has both USB and Aux cables? If it has USB, maybe it also comes with some drivers it needs to work?
Or USB power I've seen on a few. OP: make sure both are plugged into the correct slot. Cable goes to the pink input near your speaker output!
