Outdated Škoda 742 & Series

I just downloaded it... and holy macaroni is it good. I live in Poland and this car is all my childhood.. the newer Felicia version, that is... combi. If I can ask you to maybe consider trying to put Skoda Felicia in all it's iterations that would be so awesome <3

 

Excellent work on model, all the details are there ... even the repair manual.

BUT - the frame is too strong. The original car was a tin can on wheels. It took frontal crash in 74 km/h to actually crumble the front doors.

Dude, I can't believe how good this mod is, despite some spikes everything is so detalied and well done, this car is better than some of the officials one. Great job!
Also, can you make another communist car? the Dacia 1310/ Renault 12.

 

I noticed a problem. It does not spawn with seats.

 

I think he's going to make other versions of this car first.

 

Awesome car/mod, I love how detailed this is and how many selections there are! One bug I have discovered though is that if you select a tire that is any bigger then 13x8 for the rear suspension, it flies off the back of the car. But anyways thanks for releasing this for us!

 

The cars scale is entirely too big. It needs to be shrunk considerably.

I think its Škoda 130, isnt it?

 

For those who don't know this car, 742 are factory name for whole series. There was many diferent types, but mostly Škoda105,120,125,130,135 and 136. Diferences between this types are mostly engines and gearboxes.
That car in this version of this mod is Š 130, so it has 1.3 l engine and 5 speed gearbox.

The rear lights are simply good 2D textures which is why they look so good. There needs to be some work done to get them to realistic level of detail with the way they light up currently.

 

This is a cool mod, very hard to drive but that is just the layout.
Could do with a bigger engine however. It is just very slow. Like i am pushing it hard to just be brisk

 

Size is actually pretty spot on (source: seeing these nearly every day in parking lots next to other cars). Put the Burnside on stock suspension and it will probably tower over the Skoda anyway. Burnside is massive in comparison while only being considered a Mid-sized car.

 

Hopper and Skoda are quite close in quality of rear lights I think, maybe official content will get updated at some point to Hopper level too. Blinkers in Skoda are really nice as well as headlights, really beautifully done.
