One thing that impressed me was the fuel economy. It gets around 45-50 MPG on level ground at 55 MPH. That's pretty damn good.
This is based off of a real car called the Skoda 130. The Skoda 130 wasn't a fast car by all means, it was actually pretty slow. That's because communism and soviet union.
According to Wikipedia this car's top speed should be around 150 km/h. I reached 165 km/h without problem, so it's even too fast.
Top speed quote isn't really that accurate. There's lots of footage on Youtube of people exceeding the maximum speed without issues.
It's also because Skoda is a Czech brand, and the Czech republic (known as Czechoslovakia back then) was a part of the Eastern Bloc.
Well... I thought about it and reminded, that my dad had 120 L and it was faster than it says. I think i'm gonna stop checking out cars top speed on Wikipedia
You can always check IMCDB to guess size of the car http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_962961-Skoda-120-Typ-742M-1985.html
