何?! 慣性 ドリフト?! バカ! *Crashes into guardrail* On topic: I was working on UV maps for the taillights of my van, when the snow knocked the power out. *Sigh...* Σ('◉⌓◉’)
Little thing, cigarette lighter does not have bulb in it, that white symbol cannot lit. That is why they put that green ring onto socket where cigarette lighter installs to and that green ring is what lights up.
That is it? I would of thought Combine doubles, was afraid to use thing that has remove in it. I need to test that properly though, did just little testing and it did something, it wasn't horrible, thanks! As I thought it is not good, shading looks bad, reason is that shading lip, I made it from two set of faces that are not connected to each other, but second set has normals flipped, here I thought to save some time and not to model lip completely, now you can see how there is bad shading at base of that shading lip. It's easier to see perhaps what I mean from this, so instead of attempting to cheat, I need to make a split to edges and connect vertices properly there at edge of selected and not selected faces in pic, which of course will be a lot of boring repeating, but this is just crude proof of concept kind of thing:
I did split that gauge face from rest of the unit, which was the point things started to go bit wrong, but managed to do something at least. You guys know that feeling when you build something whole day, you admire days work and then you realize you should of made darn thing to go 70psi instead of 30psi? D'oh! That is actually quite easy to change though. I'm quite happy though, it is at least something that works. Made gauge face actually in Power Point:
900 liters of extra diesel, because it always runs out... And shading issues, one side is constantly at shadow and other looks weird in sun: That might be also jbeam related, need to examine that anyway, so eventually something will be found. I did beautify boost gauge a bit and got some tips from psy_lo which I need to study bit deeper to get boost gauge more beautified: I think gauge face is 10, 10, 10 black and gauge body is 15,15,15 but with pattern of dark grey spots, might need to adjust it bit lighter to get desired black, I think it is now bit too black.
