1927 Aurigua Heron return?

I may have been dreaming but I thought I saw a notification for the Heron coming back? I also received an email notification. But when I click on it brings up an error. A mis-release or something else?

 

Miura said he's working on an update for it, but he has to basically rewrite all of his custom lua after the drivetrain update.

 

A repacked version was posted yesterday, including a workaround fix by MB201.

It was likely taken down because neither Miura nor MB201 were consulted beforehand.

I'm gutted, one of the best mods and someone puts effort in to save it only for it to be taken down.

Muira will probably never finish it, it's been 8 months since he started work and we haven't had an update

 

Yeah, I really want it to make a return.

 

I have a file somewhere on my PC that is an updated version of the Heron.. I don't know where it is though, and I'm not searching through a terabyte of crap.

 

I heard that the original creator was working on it again. I have a file that might be a working version but I'm not sure.

 

I won't post this up until I get permission (or if I do at all) but I have a working file of it. I remember I was looking for about a month or 2 and eventually that day someone posted a thread called "AURIGA HERON 1927 TEMP FIXED". I don't remember who it was,and that thread is now gone. I actually downloaded 2 copies. It works great,if I'm allowed to,I'll put it up (and give credits to Miura).

I hope this mod someday makes a comeback. It was the coolest mod I've ever seen for BeamNG

 

I do hope it comes back. It was actually the main reason I got BeamNG.

 

It was also the only pre-war vehicle mod. It was one of the reasons I got BeamNG.

 

I was extremely dissapointed to find out that it was removed as soon as I got my GTX 970 from my shitty laptop. I was looking forward to driving it then miura said "F*ck it" and left.
