Released American 80's Fullsize Series 2.1

Hey there. I am looking to make a mod of your mod. with the presidential limo there are American flags. since I am Canadian, I wanted Canadian flags. I copied the american_flag.dds for ratios, copied the beam and resources file so that I could make the necessary changes. trimmed the jbeam to have only the flag and make the required material, made some changes to the config in the jbeam so it would not have the same part id, be named differently, but didn't touch the part slot. it should work but doesn't. can I get some help?

 

How do you download the regency and caprice? It wont let me

 

Hi, there are no textures of glass and headlights (on the whim of only the headlights), how can I fix this?


P.s I tried to clear the cache, it did not work.

One question, I remember there being a way to view all the addons available to this car at once, but I can't seem to find it anymore. Can somebody help?

 

Cadillac themselves never made an ambulance or a hearse, rather outside companies took the sedans and converted them to fit special purpose applications. These companies did die off as the coach car craze calmed down in the mid '80s, but there were always at least a few competing companies making the things so usually there's at least one for any given model year until Cadillac downsized to the bubble cars towards the '90s which required more special tooling these companies weren't mechanically or financially prepared to work with. My favorite of the coachbuilt Cadillacs is definitely the wagons and the El caminos (I'd love to see these ingame courtesy of the Sgt., maybe a Regency UTE?)!

Just how much behind-the-scenes content is in that zip anyway?

 

The oldsfullsize must work as standalone to be in repository but everybody knows the addon is the real content. So it's heavier to make the addon a bit lighter, some textures were moved into it.

 

I`m sorry if i`m doing something wrong but half the cars don`t have engine sounds.

 

I've got also the same problem. I installed it the same way as you said: drag the .zip into my mods folder. By the way my game is up to date - 0.11.0.5.
Before the sound update released everything worked fine with the custom sounds...

put the mod in C:/users/owner/documents/beamng/mods (estimate without looking at the actual folder)

You are refering to the first release of the mod, which contained only the two Oldsmobile Sedan. With the addition of the Caprice and the two wagons, i splitted the mod in several mods, because the whole set of cars reached 150+ variants. It would have been very painful to select a favorite preset this way.

 

No, I mean all the add-ons available for the mod on the repository, as if it was a category (Vehicles, terrains, skins, mods of mods are all categories), with a tag or something like that.
