It still keeps on, I even asked my Dad who is a Computer expert and we have Bitdefender 2018, so when my dad tried to fix it He said that he couldn't because he did not know how to fix this. Plus im running this on Steam so it makes a Infinite Loop of running unless i End Steam bootstrapper. My specs are from a 2012 Alienware Laptop (intel i7 and Nvindia geforce with 2 gb ram

BitFender is a known cause of that error.
