i've downloaded a porsche cayenne from kiwich but it's outdated.

it uses the roamer's jbeam so i decided to mess around with the files till i got where the car just revs without moving, even if i try to shift.

is there a way to fix it?

Since it is just a roamer with cayene mesh slapped on it, just copy all of the drivetrain stuff from the roamer (engine, suspension, diffs, driveshafts and wheeldata)

Then your Powertrain system is composed badly, go over all of your drivetrain parts after reading all of the stuff in this page: https://wiki.beamng.com/Powertrain
Then if you will still have problems with your mod, you can send it to me in the private messege or in this thread.

Check if the powertrain is missing part, which would explain why power is not reaching the engine, using the 'Powertrain' app.

You are missing both front and rear differentials and I don't know how, but it doesn't even have the rear wheels.
Trace down the files and copy all of the powertrain stuff from the D-series (located in a common folder).

This has information of how to build differential:
    https://wiki.beamng.com/Differential

Your transmission output needs to connect to differential, you don't really need driveshaft, but of course for realism's sake such would be good, but to get you started with powertrain building, just make powertrain section to differential and have it set like in examples on that page I gave a link.

It is good to check some other vehicles how it is done in those in addition to reading powertrain section of wiki.
