What happens when user post pictures etc. of an takendown mod?

Since the Lotus is takendown because of copyright, i got a question.
What happens to users when they post pictures or videos of the takendown mod (here the Lotus)
Do they become an infraction or do they get some bad sentences like when you post any other russian mod here?

I just got the question because the Lotus is fun and i want to use it in my next upcoming videos, but i do not want to get in trouble.

They would probably just issue a takedown request on the video, unless it isn't your first offense.

 

I'd suggest to stay away from using said modifications in a public setting. You may not get in trouble for using it, but for promoting it you could. It wouldn't be worth the effort in the video only for it to be taken down for copyright.

you better delete your whole PC buddy, the whole thing, then you might be SAFE.

 

Not really worth it. People will endlessly harass you for a "DOENLOD PLS" (whatever a "doenlod" is, I have no idea) and the Asseto Corsa devs could file a copyright claim on the video.
