Great idea! However, I would imagine that damaged wiring would more likely cause a horn *not* to work, rather than stay on. This is usually because the car's chassis is grounded, either causing a short if there is any positive signal (if the horn is being used, it wouldn't work because of a short) or severing the positive wire altogether - in both instances, the horn wouldn't work.

Unless, of course, the car's frame isn't ground and is hot instead - and that's pretty rare ;)

wait... so does this mod add the horn thing to all the cars or just the t-series and 800 series?

Nice idea! Quick question, how hard would it be to take your engine cut off code and apply it to hard collisions (as in the engine would normally be toast)? For example, how if you almost completely smash the car up but it still miraculously runs

Good point. If a car horn is blaring after a crash you would assume the driver is slumped on the horn button or the button has been broken and jammed on after being hit.

In GTA IV (and V, I believe?) this is exactly what happens when a driver dies and leans onto the horn, so that's a nice touch to Beam.NG ;)

It adds the after crash horn to all vehicles except the T-Series, and it adds the automatic engine shutoff after a frontal crash or rollover to the 800 and K Series.
    Not hard at all.
    Just look at this video:

    And this one:

And a ton more on youtube..

I guess it's possible if the clockspring/horn button was damaged because of the airbag, didn't think about that;)

The stuck horn doesn't seem to work for me.

It's not meant to happen every crash. There's a chance it will go off.
