Steam in-home streaming audio issue.

Hi guys,

I did a quick search through the forums and by no means did an exhaustive search to see if anyone else had this problem so if this is a question someone else has asked i apologize.

Anyway, I have a laptop that I use steam in-home streaming to stream games from my gaming PC. All the games I stream work, including BeamNG, except for the sound. In other words all my steam games work fine but when I stream BeamNG.drive the video is great but the sound still only comes from the gaming PC. Audio isn't being sent through the streaming connection. None of my other games have this problem. I would turn up the sound to hear from the other room but alas the sound is reduced for some reason and I can't hear it from the laptops location so I can't even do that so that simple workaround won't work.

Just wondered if anyone had this problem. Maybe it's an artifact of being early access. Is there a fix/workaround?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: And I also disabled all mods before posting this. Same problem.
