Is it possible to use custom sounds with a sound emitter?

    I tried making a custom OGG sound file, it's a bit of music I made years back in some software I've honestly forgotten about, but I get an error when I try to play the OGG file in game.

    It states could not create sound buffer profile (null)

    Is this just because the game does not support custom sounds yet, or is there another problem?

    How long (time-wise) is the file? The game loops an audio track over and over to make the engine noise. It should only be around 2-3 seconds long in order for it to loop right.
