Hi, I've been playing the game for a while. but not on the forums. anyways i've been playing for a while and i've been waiting for one update where when you crash the car its not as clean.. i want it to be a bit more... well crumpled up crash like more dents and maybe add scratch marks and most defiantly add parts that fall out of the car . Kinda like "The next car game" Here are some pictures of what i want it to look like when i crash See all those pieces in the air? for the 2nd image?.. yea that's what i really want added to the game .. And on the first image i would like to see like actual dents in the marks... i dont hate current physics. I'm just recommending
True I also thought the collision could be even more lifelike. Here you think about scratches, falling glass fragments, etc. That would be good and not so great! Thanks guys!
You realise this stuff is incredibly difficult to add to the game right? Their priorities are likely not in this area at the moment and it's not something that can just be quickly added. edit: Another thing. This topic has already been discussed as much as possible so this thread is pointless.
It's not an opinion, it's a fact. You'll hear nothing else even if you wanted to. Scratches and dents could be added with a new material and some deformGroups, but this is a lot of work. I kind of want to do this myself and someone did it before, but it would be very time consuming to implement in a way that you would be comfortable releasing it in a paid game.
