Im looking for a 19"-22" Monitor from any brand. The reason i am asking this is because A) I'm poor, and B) Im building a computer, so any help would be appriciated

    Specs for the new computer:
    CPU: Intel Xeon e3110 @ 3.0 ghz
    GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTS 450
PSU: 200/300w power supply (depending on what i can find)
Motherboard: Dell (or other brand) LGA775 Socket
    RAM: 8GB DDR2 memory

And i would like the monitor to be 60 hz as well, just wanted to clarify
