    Ah, but you see I'm mad, and haven't actually gotten around to making physics proxies for a lot of these buildings. (or LODs, for that matter...)


    Still working on fleshing out the skyline.

    EDIT: Name the Philadelphia landmarks (there are 4) (7 if you go by number of towers) (gabester already mentioned one earlier)

    Hahaha ok so the buildings aren't solid. Big deal! He's probably fixing it right now. It's a beta release for a reason. It's like a video game demo: gives the basic idea of what the final product will hold without revealing too much. Basically, he doesn't want you to have too much fun until it's perfected.

    Probably a nice thing to have around, seeing as how many cars will be wrecked in this game...

    (if anyone has any low-poly models of wrecked cars lying around, please do tell me, because the default abandoned car model has an interior and everything which is probably slightly more than I want)

    This will probably be one of the best urban BeamNG-related maps ever created by the community

    Thats going to fill up quickly knowing the nature of this game. I'm liking this map though.

    So I've added a master feature list and progress tracker on page one. It will be updated as things are finished. (this post won't).

    Feel free to quote me on this and get angry when the map is released without these features.



    Also, overall progress shot. (some buildings not rendered because draw distance)

    with the car crusher implemented I'm now able to say that this is looking out to be a good map.

    I'm afraid Mrs.Nezbit was holding my compliments ration hostage until you recognized that you forgot to put a car crusher in the map's "to do" list.

    gabester: gonna work on dirtying things up a bit, once I get a desk to work at. (moving in to the new apartment and nothing fits up the stairs. :|)
