i made it myself

 

UV's work off perspective, not size.
textures are automatically scaled to fit the UV in runtime
for example your UV template is about 1024x1024 pixels right?
if u scale the template up to 2048x2048, it will work, but with much better resolution (of course you'd have to re-do parts of the skin after being scaled)
