Performance of my System

Hello,
please try to ignore my language because my english isnt the best. I just have a question about the performance of my system.
ASUS G750JH

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz
8,00 GB RAM @1600Mhz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M (without nvidia optimus)
256 Gb SSD + 1000 Gb HDD
Resolution 1920x1080

The requirements in the wiki says, that my laptop must be able to play the game on maximum settings. But I just have 28-35 fps, maximum 99 and minimum 1.2 (says the game). So my question is: Is my laptop good enough? Or does the game "dont support" the gtx780m? At the moment I play the testversion of it. If its just a mistake I want to buy the full version of this game, because it seems to be verry funny(very good job guys)
I hope someone can help me.

Your GPU doesn't meet high-end requirements... It's worse than GTX 670

thanks for the answer. I just think its good as this card beause of other tests. I think it must work because games like battlefield 4 also work with ~45fps on ultra settings. But well, then I'll play with 30fps.
One last question, has the full version the same requirements as the demo or are they higher?

CPU usage can change if you'll spawn more than 1 vechile on full version which is not possible on tech demo, but otherwise it doesn't change.
