Alright, new idea. Unlike the Concourse Chaos thing that I could conceivably make someday, this one will probably never get made, and because of that, I'm going all-out.

I remember being much younger, and playing an old Hot Wheels game called Hot Wheels: Beat That. In it, you race as a hot wheels car that's the size of a real Hot Wheels car around various locations. When I was younger I loved it, but it's very repetitive, and I doubt I would enjoy it much now. But let's build off the idea for the game and make it less repetitive.

There's this junkyard full of crashed and shitty old cars. Someone drops off a big box of hotwheels cars in the Junkyard. The Junkyard is built over an ancient Indian Burial ground, or a UFO or something, and suddenly, the cars become more... real. They're still the size of Hot Wheels cars, but now they have engines, headlights, crash physics, and all that. (Crash physics wouldn't be Beam level, but at least Wreckfest level.) Over the years, the cars build themselves a little town inside the junkyard out of old car parts and large orange track. In this huge car town, the cars start to race. It's open world, like Forza Horizon. There are traffic cars roaming around with you. The cars that are racing divide themselves up into teams with specific decals like the ones from the old Highway 35 series, while traffic cars would keep decals from certain real-world releases. All 3D AAA 4K whatever.

    Car list with teams.
    List.png
-Flying Colors cars will feature mostly white cars with red and blue decals, inspired by the 1970s line of Hot Wheels.
-Scrapheads cars will feature decals inspired by the ones from the 2004 segment of the same name.
-Speed Demons cars will have hellish, flame-y decals.
-Nightburners cars will feature decals that are sort of a fusion between the "Street Breed" team of HWY 35, and the modern HW glow wheels series.

Won't ever happen, but fun to think about.

    Here's an more possible idea...

    Los Angeles: Challenge

This takes place in 2035, where an racing championship is planned by an classic street racer, that has listed plenty of vehicles to choose from. It has police chases, and also includes customization like Forza, mostly made up of fictional custom parts. The championship would lead to winning the title of The King of the Road.

Most of the game takes place in LA, although it also includes San Bernardino and the areas between those two as well. The car list only consists of older cars, all of them before 2000 (for now).

I'd rather see stuff that are legitimate tuner vehicles - F-Bodies, Supras, Z-Cars, S13s, E30s, etc.

A good game needs to have a trabant, and REALISTIC SPEEDS WHEN THE CAR IS STOCK
    --- Post updated ---
This opel (forgot last name) went up to 200 kmh in the game when in reality it only went about 170 or something

Well, Forza is one of the best contenders for close-to-realistic normal speeds.

Hmm, I am not too sure on that. Alot of my stock cars can go well past their speed gauge. But I do not know, as I literally own none of the cars in the game in real life. We have a qashqai and a v40

Hello. I am going to add my idea on here. It is an open world game which contains US and EU spec cars. At the start you get a selection of 10 cars. Of those ten cars you can buy 1 and a "race" car and 1 as a daily driver. The race car can be used as a race car, a rally car, a demolition derby car or a drift car. You cannot drive your race car on the regular roads. As you win races you get money and points, which are for levels. After a certain amount of points you go to the next level you get another selection of 10 increasingly better cars to pick 2 from, just like at the start. You also get 5 upgrades for you cars (1 is available when you win a race) and also more garage spaces. You get 10 garage spaces to begin with and get 10 every level. You can also buy cars with money from winning the races. You would also be able to sell cars and upgrades you don't need. Also, there is a scrapyard, where there are old cars to buy and get parts off and also to take destroyed cars to. Every 48 hours cars that have been at the scrapyard for two weeks are "scrapped" and new cars are put there. The crash damage would be Wreckfest-level and if a part on a car is damaged (in a crash either in a race or on the street) you can repair or replace them with either parts from a scrapyard or bought (bought parts would be more expensive). There would be about 20-30 different models driven by NPC drivers, all of which are buyable.
Also, rock crawling/ off-roading would another race mode.

Level 0 (the beginning of the game):
1998 Toyota Sienna, 1998 Ford Focus, 1997 Land-Rover Defender, 1986 Ford Transit, 1997 Nissan Micra, 1992 Ford Taurus, 1995 Ford Explorer, 2001 Honda Civic (USDM), 2001 Vauxhall Corsa, 1997 Toyota Tacoma
    Level 1: 2004 Mazda 3, 2003 Renault Megane, 2002 Saturn Ion Quad Coupe, 1996 Citroen Saxo VTS, 2002 Honda CRV, 1984 Renault Espace, 2002 Jaguar XJ6, 1996 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, 2005 Ford Focus, 2004 Chrysler 300C
Level 2: 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle, 1971 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser, 2002 Ford Focus ST220, 2000 VW Golf GTi, 2008 Honda Accord (EU), 1999 Audi TT, 2005 Chrysler 300C Hemi, 1990 Mercedes-Benz SL, 1998 Ford Taurus SHO, 2012 KIA Picanto
    Level 3: 1995 Ford Mustang, 1997 Chevrolet Corvette, 1996 Dodge Ram, 2006 Dodge Charger, 2002 Vauxhall VX220/Opel Speedster, 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLS 500, 2002 Jaguar XK8, 1993 Renault Clio Williams, 1985 Ford Escort XR3i, 1998 Ford Crown Victoria
    Level 4: 2001 Porsche 911, 2017 Ford Mondeo, 2004 Land-Rover Discovery 3/LR3, 2013 Ford Focus ST, 2016 Volvo V60 Polestar, 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8, 1957 Ford Thunderbird, 1980 Porsche 928, 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe, 1982 Chevrolet Caprice
    Level 5: 2014 BMW M4, 2015 Tesla Model S, 2013 Toyota GT86/Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ, 1965 Imperial Crown, 1992 Nissan Skyline GTR R32, 2011 Ford F-150 Raptor, 2010 Holden UTE SSV, 1987 Buick Grand National, 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, 1971 Nissan Skyline 2000 GTX

Some cars you can't even always identify the real speed, so it's an estimate challenge based off engine specs.

I have had a few different game ideas in the past but here is one of them.
It's a sandbox game like GTA or Saints Row set in 1999 but it's not the 1999 we remembered it's the 1999 of what we thought the world would be like, Many things like concept cars we saw from the 80s & 90s are on the road, Space age clothing & alien like weapons. You work as a detective trying to track down the man behind the murder of famous rapper Notorious Gangsta who had died 2 years prior to the game.

These "levels' are hardly applicable to, say, derbying.

    There, it'd be:
Level 0: early 2000s compact (e.g, Hyundai Elantra).
Level 1: early 2000s midsiszer (e.g. Chevy Impala).
Level 2: 90s fullsize (e.g. Ford Crown Victoria).
    Level 3: 70s fullsize (e.g. Oldsmobile 98).
    Level 4: mid-60s Imperial.
    Level 5: modified mid-60s Imperial.

Yeah, you're right, I was thinking more about the racing side of the game, however quite a lot of level 0-1 cars are common in European Demolition Derbies such as the Micra but I'll update the other lists.

Still not actual appropriate tuner stuff.

That would be flathead Fords, Mustangs, Z-Cars, Tri-Fives, MGs, Vettes, etc.
