Unsolved Problem with skin

I made this skin per nadeox1's instrcutions, loaded it up in-game and...


(I changed the colour, but still no graphics)
HELP!

 

What does the .jbeam and materials.cs file look like?

 

Juts before I answer, now stupid notepad++ won't save my jbeam for another skin as a jbeam.

 

What about the file structure and the .dds?

yea

the reason that the skin isnt working is because its not in its own folder. also, the skin has to be in the mods folder, not the vehicles folder.
