OK i'm starting up modelling again, if anyone had any major problems with the old sedan styling please say so now so everyone will get a half-decent model. So please mention modelling errors/ out of proportion stuff

I'm going to assume that the old model was fine due to the lack of responses.

    Too little action reeeee

Either way, I don't have much to say, but I'd be happy to see what else this thing has so far.

Old model was bumpy and asymmetric. When making new model, make only one half of it and apply mirror modifier to make the second one:

Also this is an example of a polyflow you should achieve, not lumps and scars all over the car like it used to be.

I was already intending to use mirror, only due to the fact that I was too lazy to do both sides.

    --Side Note--
I've come up with two new projects, one is a secret that is only done in my spare time the other is a go-kart, I am intending to use it as a test vehicle. It will look a lot like a kart from the mario kart games and was fuelled by the lack of finished go-karts on the forum, it is not really a full project but if I show a picture of a go-kart instead of the Charmand Cuatro now you all will know why.

All of my attection will still be on the charmand cuatro, the go-kart will not replace the Charmand as most important.

There was a mad rush of mods after the update, most were fixed to work with the new version, however I can't find what changes I will need to make to my code, does anyone know?
There will be a model update in a day or two.

I've go the basic shape of the body again, however I have noticed that is looks quite different to the 1st version, this is due to the upper half of the car sloping in, like the real car. Most of you probably know the drill by now: please state whether you like version 1 or 2 more. All images are of V2

Second version is better IMO... Even though it's a bit too high poly

If you are talking about the three body styles: Sedan, Pickup and Van.
That matter was already decided if you look through the forum pages. I am making all three, but if you look the sedan so far you will see slow progress.

I like the roof of version 1, the roof on this version, version 2 looks a little bit flat and out of place. Maybe make this roof on V2 a little taller.

I've just banged my head really hard and came up with two great ideas:
    1. Banging my head hurts and I shouldn't do it again
    2. Due to the progress on the cuatro and kart being similar, what about making a go-kart racing team version of the cuatro, a van specially designed to transport the kart.
Please leave your feelings about this idea below.

Sounds pretty good actually a nice integration of two ideas - and yes, banging your head really hard will hurt lol.

Which? Obviously point one was the most intelligent.:p
    --- Post updated ---
After trying more modelling, I have come to the conclusion that the front doors, dash and multiple suspension pieces are going to be overhauled due to shading issues, the new body has some issues as well but I cannot seem to be able to fix them. example:
Capture3.png This is the FL fender
    --- Post updated ---
Here are the doors, they look extremely bent to fit the new body.
