I just signed up, waiting for approval! --- Post updated --- Can't wait to play on this map, burnout paradise is one of my top favorite games.
I was approved and pressed download now, took to ad.fly then brought up "your software is out of date" and other virus things.
ad.fly is cancerous. If that's what you're forcing people to go through you've lost any respect you had from me.
Normal maps for engine and bottom/undercarriage changed to proper texture Paint with reflections Options for Matte or rusty finish Steering wheel has proper proportions now Wheels are connected and not floating anymore Front grill is no longer reflective Updated jbeams so that they have the new interior sounds and horn Police texture in progress (heavily a wip)
You could name it as some kind of slightly larger Bruckell sedan, maybe the Bruckell Lance? Also what engine options will it have?
I was thinking something along the lines of "Brunkell Matterhorn" if I decide to give it a fictional beamng name. Engine options might include options directly from the moonhawk, but are currently the 4.5l and 5.5l V8s from the marshal (because I haven't really touched them at all).
Quite a dick move by me honestly Check the site now, should be direct. --- Post updated --- How's the ASR and things going?
Or, because it's a a shitty practice to force people to go through a site filled with extremely aggressive advertising that often contains viruses? It's one thing to want donations or other compensation for making a mod, but going through ad.fly is not the way to do it. I'm sorry that you seem to want to start a fight over it, but some of us don't appreciate having to go through sites like that.
Uhm, ad.fly changed I guess. Back in the days it was not filled with sketchy ads. Anyhow, at the end it's not worth at all using (you won't be able to even afford a coffee, trust one who tried that before you)
I once knew someone who had lined up 20 ad.fly links that you had to go consecutively through. Quite crazy!
I don't think Beamng names are suitable, since these are cars from Burnout universe, not Beamng one. I think we need either original names or ones based on official Burnout brands. Since this specific car is based on AMC Ambassador, I suggest to name it UM (United Motors) Attaché or UM Consul. If you don't like these, I can always come up with new ones.
The real one only had whopping V8s in XL, XXL and XXL sizes. In other words, 5.0, 5.9 and 6.6. In the times when 5.0 V8 developed like 150 hp, 3.0 would be suicide. Plus, V-engines appeared later, in the 80s.
