Sooo... Ford released a new car to compete with the Buick Enclave, the smallest SUV I've ever seen. Reply what you guys think about it, I personally like it because...Just...Um...it's a Ford. Who doesn't like Fords? If you like it, post it. If your "Ehh" About it, post it! If you hate it, post it! What do you like most about it? What do you hate most about it? Post it!
It was brought here to N/A, to fill the gap between the focus and fusion. Since ford will stop selling those cars in N/A. Ford will start to bank on SUV/Crossovers and trucks.
Maybe, but if I recall it has the ecoturd I-3 which has the exhaust manifold as a Siamese twin with the whole head. Expensive to repair, also a pain.
Yeah, all of them are. Everyone I know who's had one has had a problem ranging from the turbo comminting sudoku to water in the oil to head gasket failure to throttle body errors... as the worlds greatest president (/s) would say, all ecoboosts are "Very bad"
Its only new for north america, is it. Which is an intersting car for that market, because it is not a pickup with a grill as big as a steak in Texas, nor has it a v8 with 3 million hp. (that was sarcastic, its not the first one in its class) But yeah, i really like the Ecosport.
I have a 2013 Ford Escape 2.0L Ecoboost with 240hp and it's a great, plucky engine, great for passing people on the freeway. We have owned it for 5 years and over 120,000 km and not a single problem with the engine. Although at 100,000 km the Battery did die randomly but that was the battery not the engine
I mean its a modern F.O.R.D (Found on Road Dead) so it's going to be bad for a area that snows. So until Found on Road Dead starts galvanizing there frames it's trash just like 90% of the North American vehicle market.
Need I remind you that "Found On road Dead" was for the Fords of old, the Ecosport is a European design, so is the Escape, Fusion, Focus and Fiesta (Until they stopped NA production). They were all designed in Germany using German engines. I have a 2013 Ford Escape and have never had a single problem and it's still running fantastic as it approaches 7 years old
