It is in the "common" folder most likely... With the way you're making this mod most of the credis actuallly should go to people helping you as you know nothing about modding and you've decided to make a car with stolen model...

Please, first find the part you want to edit and at least try to edit it before making another thread on the forums...

    Are you serious?

This forum is for getting support on genuine complications out of the scope of the author to fix, NOT so we can spoonfeed you along every little step, because you are too lazy.

I know how to fix the issue, but I'm not going to tell you how to fix it. You can go and figure it out by yourself:)

If that means you don't have something to present by May 4th, then tough luck kiddo.

it's not because it shares it with the roamer/whateverthefuck
    it's a prop.
look at the wiki. If you can't find enough info there, THEN post here. Put in some effort mate.
I also agree with the guys above me. You seem to post a mod support thread every time you have to do anything.
Maybe I should start writing an essay about opening blender for you already....

Adding a steering wheel is seriously easy. Even I can do it. It doesn't even deform.

Do you possess the capability to do at least anything by yourself?

Quick tip: Rename the slots so that it doesn't load stuff from the common folder. Then copy the jbeam to your mod and change the slot on it too. Then read this: https://wiki.beamng.com/Props

Where else would we have learned to mod? Trying something on our own? Looking at official content? Figuring stuff out as you encounter problems?

The wiki points you in the right direction. Then you walk to your destination. The wiki doesn't carry you there. I haven't read the whole wiki, but it sure has guided me. You really learn once you do the things on your own.
