Improper gear shifting with the "highway" Wentward bus

This is easily reproducible. On flat ground, going full throttle, the bus up-shifts from 2 to 3, then back down to 2, then back to 3.

 

That doesn't happen for me...
Try reinstalling the game maybe, that works for most of the problems.

 

I think the devs already know about this, just seems to be weird shift logic/points for the transmission.

I just tried it out again, it seems to work just fine for me with cache un-cleared and mods activated, the same with cache cleared and mods unactivated.

 

It may have been on a slight incline. I don't think it will happen downhill. Basically the bus (only the highway version) upshifts to 3rd gear, only to realize it doesn't have enough torque. So it's probably something with the shift points.
