Maybe I should stop looking at those stickers... what a crazy idea. But those stickers, man! I love my stickers.

Maybe I should buy AMD Ryzen & AMD Vega stickers to troll people that I have an AMD device...only to find out I have Intel i7 and Nvidia graphics installed on my device. Nice April Fool joke idea incoming.

This is just like putting those "this sticker adds 5 horsepower" stickers on your car then

More like fitting VTEC stickers on a VVT-i car. (since I'm planning to fit a Ryzen 7/Radeon RX Vega sticker on a Core i7/Geforce GTX computer)

I think I'm mad. I run Vista on my new computer.
(Vista running in VMware WS Pro, actually)

Well, I'm just using it just for trying it. I have used Vista before, but all of it are 32-bit versions, so I used a 64-bit version to see how it's better.

Ah, ok. I doubt you will notice any difference outside of the ability to have more RAM and potentially driver compatibility. But I would be intrigued to know if you do notice anything else.

I wouldn't have done it. I don't particularly like vista. And hardly anythin is compatable w/it now. Just wondering, do you still have Windows 10 with that Inspiron?

They are running it in a VM, so they probably still have Win10 as the host OS.

The Vista is running in a VM on VMware Workstation, I'm still using 10 on this laptop.
If I really installed Vista on this laptop, it probably shouldn't work at all.

Someone on here kept arguing that vista isn't that bad. And true it isn't. It was just ahead of its time. Windows 7 felt faster as it came out on Core 2 Duo rather than the Pentuim 4 clunkers of yesteryear

ok stupid question but lets go. So this article is going around stating if i get the windows creator tool and use my windows 7 product key i can upgrade to windows 10.

so i some questions about it.
    1. is this legit?
    2. if i do this can i use my key to revert back to windows 7?
    3. how safe is it?
    4. will i get charged?
    5. will i get the full features list of windows 10 like windows store and updates?

Soft bricked my OP5T. I think the USB C cable is dodgy as the connection keeps dropping out all the time. (but it has been fine before)
Can't flash original rom as adb cant read the .zip.
Flashing a custom rom results it going to 47% and then saying "complete" but there is no OS installed.

Welp, my OS in my computer hasn't been reinstalled or upgraded in 8 years of me having this computer, even though I've upgraded it pretty decently (GTX 970, 16 GB of Ram, etc etc). Slowly it has been killing itself for the most part, got to the point where any anti virus doesn't work anymore, and kernelbase.dll is corrupted. So pretty much I'm just going to use it till either it corrupts itself out or I finally decide to go to Windows 10. It works fine now but I imagine in time it will degrade pretty soon.

Gentlemen, I’m going to do it. I’m going to order my Unicomp EnduraPro with custom black key caps and modern windows logo keys. I need that in my life.
