so i'm making this meyers manx that is kind of a combo of models because it is hard to find much info about just one model but i have been working on it for about a week now and i'm stuck. i need all the help i can get to find hings like the EXACT position of the seats relative to something like the front axle. and if anyone would like to help me move the actual file into beamng its self i would be glad to credit you. after all this is my first mod. maybe I shouldn't have been so ambitious. here is a screenshot of what I have. keep in mind i have not really optimized it yet because i'm waiting to finish the model. If I were you I would have based it on an existing car chassis (like they did in the grand tour special) as it would have been easier, but that looks great;)

Holy moly that looks good. Have you looked around for models? I know its not a good thing to do, but there is a VW Beetle model for FH3. Maybe you could you use the gauge, parts of the engine etc models from that. I'm doing a similar thing with a mod I'm gonna make. Taking the body and parts of the interior from a Forza model (I'll give full credits though) and I'm making the chassis, suspension and possibly the engine model myself.

Google exists for this exact purpose. You would use less time and waste less forum space if you would just look it up yourself. If you still feel that the thread needs a pictures, just include one yourself.

it does look too long idk, i went off of the measures that i found in this picture

    manxbasedimensions.png

i think what it is is that i made the wheels too small and that caused all of my other dimensions to go off i think it is just too short mainly

A lot of these were built on VW Beetle frames, if you find the measurements for one of those it should give you the right dimensions for the frame
