Hard Parking was a scenario from probably 3+ years ago, not sure if this means they're bringing it back, or if they forgot to remove the last remnants of it. And while it's not meant for release, the AI test map was accidentally added to the release build of BeamNG not too long before we got path-following AI.
hey theres also an unused tunnel in a far corner of utah. --- Post updated --- This is probably going to be the original location for the driver training scenario. It is currently in ETK.
It... well, it looked like a test level. Placeholder textures with randomly placed AI paths, no real obstacles for the AI. No eye candy, nothing to explore. The most unique thing about it was a bridge that traveled over part of the ground-based paths. At least that's all I remember.
It looks like some sort of crash testing place. And did they use the showroom of one of the mod maps in the video?
I think the dealership map is the map seen at the very begining of the trailer. Unless you already know that...
I suspect if the dealership is added to the main game, it will be added alongside career mode. --- Post updated --- Actually, an American fire engine might be quite possible. 1: Federal Q2B Siren (Standard siren on most American fire apparatus) 2: Working hydraulic rams on the T-Series Dump Truck, wouldn't be hard to port to an aerial device. 3: The DT40L uses Gavril engines, a fire truck might use them too. 4: We still do not know of Gabester's condition. As of now CarlosAir has only designed heavy vehicles. It could be possible that Gabester wants to design the "normal" cars (ie: Bluebuck, Wendover), so CarlosAir could be assigned to heavy vehicles. 5: All the unused sirens could hint at a potential "Emergency" (no not the tv show) themed update. If there was an emergency update, i'm not sure if it would be 0.13 because if Italy is included in 0.13, the update might be euro themed.
Btw, there are 5 or more reverse beeping sounds. Two of them are used on semi and bus, but I don't know about any other.
One could be for the H-Series, which some variants could use (Flatbed, Box, and Ambulance). Others could be for other heavy vehicles. Fire Truck and/or Euro Truck perhaps?
actually, you may be on to something... hmmmm.... anyone know when the ambulance came out? i mean, this is what we have so far: - Ambulance - Police (sedan, suv, ect.) this is what we have so far (WIP, not ingame): - tow truck according to Wikipedia, the five main "Emergency services" are: Law Enforcement Fire & Rescue Services Emergency Medical Services Emergency Management Public Works we have the Law enforcement category, the Emergency medical services category, and the public works (to some extent, the tow truck model comes to mind.) all ingame. that just leaves the Fire & Rescue services and the emergency medical services to be desired, combine that with the Fire Station in Belasco: and everything that Fera described, and, well... we might just have a firetruck on our hands!
Technically there is a fire department. It operates the Roamer Fire Chief and the H15 Ambulance (Fire & Rescue Livery). But they paid for a Q siren, so who knows?
whaddya mean "paid for a Q siren"? and, either way, that just supports the theory that the emergency services in their full totality will make their way into beam!
The siren sounds they had to pay for to license. Siren 12 is a Federal Q2B, an extremely popular siren on fire trucks in the United States.
