As far as the wheels go, I didn't model the wheels... I think Sithhy did... so as long as he would be ok with it, you could go and use them on whatever you want. I personally will not be making the file for other vehicles, but it should be as easy as swapping a couple lines of code to do so if you really want them on other vehicles. That pretty much goes for the engines and the transmissions as well.

I say this because (unless there is a way that I am unaware of) to swap them onto other vehicles, then they would have to be using the node names of other vehicles, the hubs of other vehicles, and all that stuff which I have not incorporated into this thing. If there is massive demand for using Covet wheels on an H1 or something I might try to figure it out, but other than that I don't see a need to make the parts of this truck (I can understand the engines and transmissions I guess) compatible with other in game vehicles. Granted, like I said, the conversion should be relatively painless, and there will probably be some guy on here that has done it and even made a pack of the parts within 24 hours after release because some of you guys are crazy like that.

As for Torsens on the keyboard... they work... its not brilliant, but it works. You need to use low range and you need to use the brake key (usually the down arrow unless your one of the WASD folks) like you are the ABS system that it doesn't have to keep the brakes from overheating to fast, but it does work and it is still effective. That being said, using it with a Playstation, Xbox, or whatever controler you have laying around makes it much easier. Just the lightest amount of brake pressure is enough to lock up the system and get you to climb over just about anything.

Ok, I was just asking about the wheels due to people using HMMWV wheels on trucks( I personally don't like the wheels on anything but the HMMWV) and I am a arrow key person, and I'm trying to cheap out untill I get a gaming laptop, sounds great, I am surprised all the hype this mod has, and I'm even more surprised there isn't nobody come out and call this thing bad, so far the beamng community looks to be really good compared to others I have seen, and thanks for replys.

Well... I wouldn't really say that, we have our ups and downs. And we tend to have our tantrums here and there too...

I know that this would be unrealistic and in most cases pointless, but is it possible to make a torsen differential that can be locked like a normal locking differential as well as by holding down two pedals at once?

I said of the communitys I have seen, just some examples: top drives community, call the game p2w and anybody who spends money on the free game is stupid... the World of Tanks community, 50% stupids,30% aerogent fools who think there 10k+ games means something, and 20% good players. Jeep community, if something about HUMMER pops up there the ones who, no matter what, put "get a jeep", you will find some who actually are not like the rest, but are really rare. And finally the last one I can think of, the unturned community, there mostly crybaby kids that are just getting into games, you can find about 40% or so are experienced players, you find most of them in rp servers.

OT: how is the body/ textures coming if you guys mind me asking.

I don't think this is possible, the torsein is basicly a lsd with no preload to game standards (if I read that correctly) and the locker, is considered a open diff until you lock it, also in game standards(probably read that wrong to) it would be intreasting, but very pointless.

I remember there was a mod with limited slip lockers. A lot of high performance cars have those, actually. The 997.2 911 Turbo, Turbo S, and maybe the GT2RS had them just for launches. It’s a real thing.

If it is possible to do in game I honestly would have no idea how as I didn’t think there were too many options to be changed on the locking diffs?

I could just look at it if it really has locking torsens.

I imagine that locking torsens might be possible in real life by locking the driveshafts to the pinion carrier thing (please tell me what the correct terminology is) in the center of the diff, although I don't know for sure because the gear layout in a torsen diff is completely different from that in a traditional geared LSD. That said, the rotech 830 dozer mod has a viscous LSD that can also be locked, so it is possible (I think) to make a locking diff that is not open when unlocked. Mind you, I don't know any of this for sure, and I could be completely wrong.

@atv_123 hey, I remember seeing you had issues trying to find a good trail to test the b1, I found one nasty trail, and on a vanilla map, east coast USA, just free cam and follow the river near the town, you will see a dirt road looking like it's going to the river, just on the outskirts of town, the dirt road doesn't last wrong before you go into a serous trail, hope this helps.

I wish it was possible to port SpinTires maps. Those are rough. But BeamNG isn’t that complex...

I like that one... I have never seen it before, but I think that is gonna become my new test bed. I made it to the end, but I could definitely see the weaknesses that I need to design out of it, so thanks for that!

Welp... this past week I haven't so much as even seen my computer, so unfortunately, I haven't really made too much progress at all.
