Need some help setting up my joystick!

Can see all my axes in debug 10, I just need help in configuring my input map for the joystick. Any and all help will be appreciated!

yes, I have read the wiki and downloaded the template, while giving an example I'm still not clear on how to make my joystick work. Its not an existing model, and all the included maps are either wheels or game pads. If I had one working joystick map to see, I could probably get mine going. Its a Thrustmaster Flightstick X.

 

Were you able to get the thrustmaster flight stick x working? i have that same joystick, but cant figure out how to get it working.
