The '99 Pessima was modelled from the start; the '94 would fill the gap between '89 and '99.

Also, a '69 Moonhawk can't be the facelift - no 60s/70s midsizer would stay on the market for 8 years.

It still is not a 1994.

Gen 1 is 88-91, gen "2" is 96-00. So then the question becomes, did the 1994 Pessima become the 1996 Pessima, or would it now have a production run of 92-95? Given that the 1996 Pessima has a very distinct late-1990s style that looks a little newer than 1994, I'm going to assume the latter.

It’s a concept list, things change. Hence why I went with “new gen/face lift” instead of the specific years. IMO what we got probably replaced those two items on the concept list.

The newer gen Pessima had its years changed during development, and having a ‘94 Pessima and a ‘96 Pessima wouldn’t make much sense.

Same deal with the Moonhawk. There are only 4 years between what we have and what’s on the concept list. Yes, many cars changed a lot from ‘69 and ‘73, but I don’t see why the team would want a ‘69-72, pre-facelift ‘73-‘78, and facelift ‘73-78. A lot of variations for one car in one decade, not the sort of thing the team seems to be striving for in their vehicle roster as far as we can tell. Just look how easily they could’ve added two new D-Series trucks (We know the Roamer is based on one and what we have is a facelift of a previous gen).

Maybe the devs will change a 94 Pessima into 91 or 92 Pessima, since the production of 89 Pessima ended in 1991 according to wiki.

An update will be released when it's ready and we aren't completely sure what's going to include (prolly new car similar to VW Beetle, an Italy map, etc.)

I was considering, and the fact that "the list" was on the wiki, meaning it was editable, means that some of those vehicles were probably just random people's ideas, no more worthy than the "vehicle suggestion thread". some of my main guesses of these "fakes", are things like the 2014 covet, 2014 roamer, and 1969 moonhawk, mainly because they are all newer versions of vehicles already in the game.
of course, (as some have already mentioned) we do know the list has come credibility to it, as the hopper came to fruition, and Gabester has made mention of the Bruckell Albatross, Charmand 1304B and Civetta Fulmine existing.
moving on, as I have mentioned before, the "jargl DT825" is most likely an early name given to the Wentward DT40L. when one considers the similarities in the name (Both are letter+number combinations that start with DT, both have a number, the 40L believed to referring to the bus's 40 foot length and low floor layout, and the 825 possibly referring to an intended engine displacement, considering the actual bus is 8.9L) and the fact that Volvo makes heavy trucks and buses, and Jargl is supposedly Swedish. this theoretically adds one more vehicle to the credibility list.

I think they might have replaced that car with the Sunburst.

The Covet and Sunburst were conceptualized at around the same time.

The covet was the 2nd or 3rd car to be put into the game back in 2012, and the mesh for the sunburst didn't come out until 2014.

IIRC Gabe said it was a working list of ideas that was accidentally released.

I know I said it before that I thought the Jargl DT825 would've been something like the Volvo PV444/544. Unless there happens to be a Volvo bus with a similar name.

But there's a problem with that. How can it be "accidentally" released if it was on the wiki at some point? That doesn't make sense.

File could’ve been accidentally posted at some point and you know what happens once the internet gets a hold of something.

I mean the 2014 Covet, and the concept of the Sunburst is older than its mesh (it's from 2012, so it may be older than the '14 Covet's idea).

This next vehicle, looking at the engine bay, is a rear engined hatchback style vehicle, judging from the fact that it goes down at a steep angle from the hinges where the hood would be located, we can further decide it is modern as the black plastic lining around the area, which would not be commonly found in your average 1940s roadster, it's likely cheap, looking at the engine, so, I'm guessing a European crap pile

I think it’s a modern Chinese sports saloon.
