I dont even know where to begin...NO. No ones gonna make anything for you with requests like this. We all work hard on the mod and tracks as is and no one likes people who are like "MAKE (insert track)" quite frankly it makes most of us not care. SO maybe try to consider how what you type comes across to other people, cause what ya have currently makes you look like an asshole. just fwi

If there's no requests then map makers do what they personally wanna make. Like pretty much all of my tracks.

 

Can I make a request for the 2nd world finals that took place in the early 2000's?

 

The thing is though is that World Finals 2 has a lot of crushable obstacles, probably a bit too much for most of our potatoes of computers can handle, lol. Unless someone improvises on the obstacles using the world editor or makes the track in Blender, it's probably not gonna happen for awhile most likely.
