I like the stinger part but not the hoop around the grill.

doubt it. he was getting a new computer so i figure he is setting it up. also he may be working on the hopper mega pack.

 

This is the nicest off road d series I've seen, good job and keep it up!

My bad is you've explained this already but do you plan on adding the 4 link suspension to the extended cab and crew cab or atleast extended cab it would complete this mod and also the coilovers don't show up in the rear

 

Yes and it's being worked on, it's just hog hasn't been on the forum lately. Didn't quit, just taking a break

Hey guys sorry to leave everyone in the dark for so long but I'm back and have been fixing bits and pieces in a few of my mods, I will be releasing and update soon to address the problem with the Barstow as well as adding support for the extended and crew cab variants.

Dude i love the mod! it really is some good parts ( the suspension work is excellent) I had a small suggestion though, could you allow the regular bed to be put on as an option as well? just so one can throw it on from the parts selector if they wanted...

I noticed that your using the big wheels and tires mod by MapleBacon, they look natural.

 

Nah, I made these tires from scratch, they are available in 38x12 R15 and 44x12 R17. I just rescaled the rims to 15x9 inches.
I might get around to making 13, 14 and 16 inch variants in the near future.

Thanks for the complement though, they should look even better when I finally get around to making a real texture and correct the alignment of the rear tire\rim (there is a tiny gap between them at the moment)

 

Are they going to be a stand alone pack or come with the d series? and any chance of some 33, 35, and 40" variants for for better customization?

And please tell me you are doing a guard chop to suit, the clipping of large tires drives me crazy.

 

Hey Straubz, yeah I'll be doing some extensive cutting later on in order to make the wheels fit better, I'd also like to work on a chassis that allows for better travel at some point.

For the time being the 38's fit with very minimal clipping but they require the ride height to be a little higher than I really want it.
