Could you make some more tire types, small, medium, large, extensively large.

 

Maybe a drop hitch?

 

I would love to see a larger rim size like maybe an 18" or 20"

 

There is a mod made by @MapleBacon called Big Tires and Wheels, there is a download. I recommend it.

Love the mod, the Exocage is especially great and everything seems to be of great quality but I'm having problems with the front driveshaft while using the 4 link front axle.
Running the four link, 41 inch tires and a 4.10 front diff (locked) and the driveshaft snaps whenever the front suspension extends. The off-road driveshaft holds up a little better but it still snaps while climbing steep hills. Anyone else seeing this problem or found a fix for it? I saw the issue mentioned earlier but didn't see it resolved.

Yeah mate the update is getting really close now, sorry to keep everyone waiting but there has been quite a few changes made in order to improve the suspension performance and allow the addition of extra parts...

The problem with the front driveshaft has been resolved as well as the issue regarding the Barstow engine..

We also have a new 6.7L diesel engine with multiple tuning options and turbochargers, it uses the mesh from the Bus scaled down to 75% in order to fit the engine bay.

I will be uploading ASAP, just trying to finish configurations etc.

 

Awesome when do you predict it'll be up?
Because ATM i have to delete certain files to resolve the barstow engine prob

 

I'm shooting for tonight, no promises though.

Might need to fix a couple of little bugs in the future, but things are looking good at the moment.

 

It would be awesome to have this mod again!

 

Facing slight delays due to blowing the gearbox in my commodore, heading out to get into it now, but I've got a pretty full on day guys.

I might get to finish the configs off tonight, depends on the carnage I find when I pull her down.

So glad I have a spare in the shed

man, honestly a great mod, suspension works great! performs awesome too. honestly the best offroad mod to date. i dont mind a couple missing textures or invisible shocks.

making a longer wheel base version would be cool, too!!

also, figuring out how to put some weight on the rear without it throwing off the way it feels/performs overall would be nice too.

Edited to add: im amazed at how stable this rig is and how well it performs being short wheel base!!!

 

What all needs to be done before you can release the update?

 

Hey so not meaning to be pushing things on you, I see you are having problems with your car and all, but eventually down the road do you think there might be an ext. and crew cab suspension. rather than only single cab/short frame.
