    I have the same problem and whenever I click the parts manager it freezes the game. I don't want to clear the cache because I don't want it to install all the mods in my repository again and use up my internet. I know a mod is causing it, but does anyone know which mod? It is probably a police skin mod, because I just installed a bunch of those.

    Wait nevermind I just removed a bunch of police mods and it works fine now.

    I have the same problem with the D15/D25/D35 Stepside Etc. Mod Pack. I wish it got updated for 0.12
