User Mods Not Loading Correctly

When I attempt to load user created vehicles and maps the game does not load them. They show up in menus but cannot be used. However, all stock content works perfectly.
If there are any logs or anything that I can provide just let me know.

Incorrectly installed then.
Check they are unzipped and are not folders inside folders. For example if you open the hatch folder on the base game it has a collection of files inside it, the same should apply to mod vehicles too. Its a fairly common mistake for people to have a folder inside a folder, so they would open the hatch folder to find it contains a hatch folder which in turn contains the files.
