Have you looked at the first post? I made wire wheels, even though they were not even an option on the TD, did this because it looks nicer and because it will never be a 1:1 TD replica. I also made some I think, 14*5.5 or similar steelies.
Bit random but at least the car works well with G-forces, since I have seen some before that have not had that working.
Nice work! I'm really excited for this mod. It's freaking awesome looking. Keep up the hard work Blijo!
I know I sound like an absolute pillock, but will there be a modern engine (like a 2J or ecotec) available for this?
anything bigger than a small i4 doesnt fit, I do have a sport engine for testing purposes(tuned hatch engine) but even that engine doesn't fit without a lot of modifications
Not much new, last stuff I did for the Fintray was jbeaming the headlights yesterday and working on the suspension a bit. I have been spending a lot of time on the trailer and irl stuff lately(apart from studying) stuff like preparations for the summer camp with the cub scouts for instance. I hope I have time and motivation to work more on the Fintray after my exams though
The more you develope the mod, the more excited I get! I miss my dads fiber fab kit of the mg td, and with your mid being right hand drive, I can't wait to re create my dad's car! Brings back lots of fun memories of my teenage years!
