Hello, i was wondering if there was some ways to...ahem..."delete" some textures or something to improve the performance.
    CPU- Intel Core Duo 3.0Mhz
    RAM-4Gb
    VIDCARD-Integrated Q45 Express Chipset X2
    OS-Win7 Professional Edition 64-bit
I run it at the lowest possible resolution and graphics, simple physics enabled, System priority is set to Real time, and i have no background processes.

    You cant delete textures.
Try the Razer Cortex: Game Booster
It worked well on my potato laptop.
But with an integrated graphics card, it will be pretty hard.
    Good Luck!

Yeah, I get how you feel. My PC runs the game at (0.5 if that) fps on grid, small, pure. You need more RAM, from what I can tell.

In this case you just need to invest in new hardware, whatever you'd do it will not let you run that game at 30+fps with the current setup. And I suggest to just save up more money to buy a whole new setup with the latest hardware from the above average range with at least 8GB of ram, as it will be more cost efficient long term. (Buying everything at once is also a good idea).

Intel onboard graphics is too weak, that'll probably get you 20FPS. If you upgrade that you will reach your CPU's max FPS of about 30 with 2 cars.

You could spend money getting a GPU. Or you could spend a bit more and get away from that platform, try to find a Sandy Bridge system (cheapest is probably Dell Optiplex 790) and get a GPU for that.
