You're maybe in the 13th, but some countries are not.

My understanding is that it is at same time, but as time zones are different it is different time in clock at different places.

That sounds so childish. This isn't fairy tale land, we can't just wish for something so hard that it becomes reality.

Trust me, if real life did work by that logic, I'd be millions of dollars richer.

Well, except for pre-1945 vehicles, you can literally make your cars with "ease" in Automation.
