Automation export

Hi, is it possible to export a whole car from Automation? (multiple trims with different engines at once)

 

No, currently you can export only one trim at the time.

 

I dunno if this would work, but you could use multiple ZIP files, so create the vehicle in Automation, name it at the top, export it with the name, once exported, go through it, make different versions, change the name at the top then export it again. I am going to try it out, and if so, ill reply to this

 

They would need to be different folders in vehicles folder, for example engine of each export is camso_engine and that is going to be conflict if you don't change it.

One or several zips does not really matter as game sees zips as uncompressed.

To have several trims of vehicle, I think they need to be in same vehicle folder, no matter if they are in different or same zip same issue with conflicts remains, so you need to change names in jbeams etc.

Perhaps in future they will make exporter to use trim names in part of names, which would then allow exporting trims easily.

 

What I planned didn't work... you can't export it, then create a new ZIP file from them, I tried to but 2 variants of the vehicle together, they not work, hopefully, there will be an update to select multiple vehicles and export them at once, e.g. 5 variants of the vehicle e.g. standard, off-road, turbo, turbo off-road, drag etc
