I lost my power adapter that came with my steering wheel and I've found an adapter in local store that I think will do the job. I would consider buying one that is made for the steering wheel on eBay to minimize possible issues. Btw I think (I'm not an expert too) that the power adapter you linked is ok.
Yeah it'll work though double check polarity before connection, if it's wrong polarity you may have to solder an adapter for it
It looks like the swappable tips can be put in either way to swap the polarity. @Spermswamp Looks like you want centre positive.
