Automation tread help (maybe stupid question)

Hi, so I've owned Beamng for a long time, but have rarely used to forums so I am not all that familiar with how everything works here. Earlier today, I posted a vehicle in the automation thread, and I have the message
"Awaiting moderation before being displayed publicly." Does that just mean I have to wait for my post to be reviewed or something?

 

You wait until your message is approved by a moderator before it's uploaded.
I don't have it because I've been on the forums for quite some time.

 

Alright, does it usually take a while? It feels like it's been a few hours for me. Thanks.

 

Probably not much more than a day, but repo mods can take up to a week.

 

My average time for my vehicles being uploaded to the repo is around 7-8 hours.

 

Wondering if this is a bug or how it's supposed to be. All my Automation engine sounds in Beamng are the same (all V8 sound the same, all V12 sound the same). And the engine sounds different from what it did in automation. My mods are turned off. Is this supposed to happen?
