    tdev you may want to take a look at Pootle: http://pootle.translatehouse.org/

    It's basically a framework for community-driven translation projects. All you have to do is set it up on a webspace and enter the initial english language definitions to be translated.
    Then anyone can sign up, and start working on translating their favored language.
