Turbocharged Cars(?) Not Loading

I've noticed a glitch that causes the car to load, but not work at all. I get the error code "Fatal Vehicle Exception, please reload the vehicle" when I load in certain vehicles. I tried to narrow it down and it seems to only happen on cars with turbochargers. Any way to fix it?

 

Do you have the "More Engines for Covet" mod? That seems to be what's causing the issue.

I had the same mod and I deleted it but it is still giving me a "Fatal Vehicle Exception" message. I've tried clearing my cache and it still isn't working. It really bothers me because I have some Automation cars I cant drive because they're turbocharged.

Edit: Never mind, I uninstalled the V-Engines for Covet mod, not the More Engines mod...oopsy
