You can attacu the car using the coupulers on nodes attached to hydros that you can contract independently. Front one could use the male attachement for the front of the body and the rear one would be a female tow hitch coupuler (which you'd have to attach from inside of the vehicle). As for the sled, you also can use hydros and set the speed of them as a variable.
Hmm, car stays on place just fine, I'm using node coupler to measure drag, but it is quite important to get it very straight for accurate reading. If I hook node coupler to car and thin air, that changes car's angle, which affects drag, so I think measurement can be done only from sled thing and sled has to move freely without resistance as wind app blows wind to car, also sled must not have drag, it is quite well working actually, but takes time to stabilize. I think that adjusting node parameters on sled will help as currently it has no node weights set, so it defaults to something heavy. Here is video of how thing works, but don't ask me how I got terrain to disappear, must be my incredible skills I kind would like to examine how weight pad is made and use that to set weight measurement on Y axis, which would give drag without need of node grabbers or moving sled I believe, but certainly such prop would be better made by someone more able, this here is currently nothing more than proof of concept and maybe there already is better way measuring drag, or then people just test top speed and adjust drag so that top speed is met?
Moved from SBR4 Structure to ETK K-series one, almost complete jbeaming! I think i upload this to forums!
Once you fix the jbeam I think this will be pretty nice. Also go into blender and apply the edge split modifier. The bumpers and some other parts look puffy because the edges think they are round. EdgeSplit should fix that
Almost complete? No. This needs a lot of work, it's no better than "russian mods" like that, just a meshslap. OT: Made the bed a bit more useful and added an openable tailgate.
its in modifiers. Its the wrench thing in the same area where you click the thing to change materials in blender.
What? That mod was never even on an SBR4 jbeam, I can tell because the wheels were always ETK (and horribly off center)... Even the original workclock mod was like that.
