Forget the thrusters! Thats just more work thats gonna delay it even further, plus im aiming for realism with this

you dont know how many people see this post as new to them. they could be seeing this forum for the first time. they may not want to read over 90 pages, be patient and keep calm, and please keep the rudeness to a zero level

isn't there a mod that makes the JATO rocket a prop? it's not hard to set up if you use the map editor, idk why people still ask for thrusters

I mean we have an engine that was programed using real torque curves by a guy who used to build these things as a hobby.....and yet people would rather thrusters

I wouldn't rather have thrusters. I appreciate all you hard work put into this truck. It would just help blowovers. The truck even in blender looks amazing.

I rigged up a reverse thruster for the D series awhile back, the stock D series does blowovers at 400MPH, with a wing it may get down to half that speed depending on how much downforce the wing has

for anyone who wants to see a few blowovers

the NASCAR truck will weigh around 1400 kg which is much less than the stock d series, it also has a splitter and plate spoiler and is much much lower to the ground. so i dont know why you think its going to need to cheat and use thrusters to get an unrealistic forced blow over, beamng has an aerodynamics simulation built in, it wont need thrusters.

Yeah at the moment all i have show for is livery designs. Currently the truck mesh is being tidied up so that it can be uv unwrapped, once that happens the skins can start to be made and the bodywork can be finished
