I have gotten this BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL twice, and both times was I playing this game. Whoever created 0.12 NEEDS to fix this problem in 0.13 / 0.12.0.5!
What maps / vehicles were I using?
1st time: I was in the Sandy Mountain (mod) while flying a plane
2nd time: I was in Tennessee (yet another mod) while spawning 3+ vehicles at the same time and it didn't include the RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR sign this time

    My configuration:
    8 GB DDR4
    Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050
Windows 10 x64 (I wish this were Windows 7 so the BSOD would disappear faster or Windows 10 Insider so I see a green screen instead of blue) :(
    Intel Core i7-7700HQ 2.8 GHz

I had this crash before, I doubt it has to do anything with beamng, would recommend updating your wireless card drivers and then everything else, that should solve the issue.

Beamng(or any game) cannot cause blue screens, that is a hardware or driver/OS problem. Most likely hardware issue in this case if your drivers are up to date and installed properly.

Not really helpful to be honest :\

100°C is too much, and is probably causing something to fail on the system.
You need to definitively fix the temperature issue, as on the long run it could cause hardware damage (if it hasn't already).
Make sure your PC has enough space around it to have a good airflow.
Make sure your air vents are not blocked by dust, in that case you'd need to clean them.
Check that your fans are working correctly, eventually considering upgrading cooling system.

    Super bump

Figured out the BSODs were caused by overheating, so I now run a cooling pad underneath the PC, so no BSODs since the cooling pad.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is a RAM related issue. Either the ram has became defective or in your case, it's overheating. I highly dis-advise gaming on a laptop because they lack sufficient cooling to game on. HP laptops are notorious for this because they have one tiny fan in the upper corner. If you use the cooling pad, keep the graphics low and make sure the cooling pad is name brand (Targus makes great ones) and has two big fans on it that give a nice breeze.

100C is very bad for the PC and it will melt your CPU and GPU right off the board and fry it if continued to run like this.
