Black Spikes on New Update

So, when I came back to play some Beamng, I realized some sounds were changed. Cool. When I started to move my camera or drive, the black spikes appeared. They only appeared on West Coast and the new map. I have a video of what I'm talking about.
This only started appearing on this new update, and if I could downgrade, I would.

Did you receive a driver update recently? I don't have your problem, and someone else (another thread) has a simular problem, and had a driver update.

What are your PC specs? Are you using an AMD card? Are you using the latest drivers? If yes, try some older drivers.
