    Issue

There is a bug present that makes the front brake's attachment to the spindle weak. Here is a short video as proof:

This occurred before installing any mods and has persisted after I have made a clean install. Further, it seems I am not the only one that has this issue (although this is rather circumstantial) as seen here (9:13 if link doesn't work properly):

This happens most often when holding the brakes while having the tire turned. However, it also seems to occur when there is a substantial amount of weight on the tire and the tire is turned as seen here:

I will supply the configs here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1L42UXo1Q67FoV5G11K6OgBMhq6oYmUfn

    Preliminary Findings

When turned, the front suspension lifts when under braking as seen here:

Further, there seems to be excessive forces on the front wheels when turned.

However, there are no beams stressing prior to detachment.

    Conclussion

The passenger side seems to be the one that is the weakest, but not by much. I think it might be due to the engine torquing over on it. I really don't know what is causing this issue. However, I hope this is enough to be able to find out what is causing this. I am no expert. It could be something totally different than what I think it is.

    I can confirm this issue.
Track width over 0.19 on the front end combined with almost full lock steering and suspension compression does it for me.
I reported in the main 0.13 thread after that patch came out(which is when the problem started), but my post was missed.

Thanks for taking the time to make these nice videos, it has been too hot where I am to make the effort.

The more I watch the video from the Youtuber, the more I think it's the same issue. He's almost at full lock, he is braking, the suspension compresses quickly but not really fast enough to detach the tire, and well, the tire detaches anyway. However, there is no wheel offset on the stock off road config. My config just seems to exaggerate what causes the issue. Odd how a config I made several years ago seems to be exactly right to find this bug.

    You're very welcome.

I am using a custom config myself. I don't doubt there are other factors at play here, as you mentioned with the braking.
All I have to do with my config is turn at or near full lock and the pull the front down with the node grabber and a wheel flies off. (or just race it around obv.)
Normally my config is using max wheel offset, the only way I found to fix it temporarily so far is turning the offset down to below 0.20.
It very well could be other aspects of a setup that effect it as my setup is far from stock. And like yours, this setup I have had and tweaked over the course of many beamng versions. So there may be things besides wheel offset that make it worse or better, like wheel and tire size, camber, caster, tow angle, suspension stuff, etc. But fiddling with these things did not seem to make any difference with my config and I have not had a wheel fall off since I made the change.

For now I have to deal with a race truck that is a tad more prone to rolling, especially under throttle turning left.
