I'm very blunt. If I need to go to the restroom I don't hold it, I'd be like "I'll be right back guys, I have to twinkle twinkle in the porcelain star" or something stupid, go do what I gotta do come back and apologize and get back to what I was doing. If you guys can respond with what time(s) you'd be available to watch the test broadcasts in EST time zone I'd appreciate it!

I could watch them basically any time one the weekends. I don't have much free time on weekdays.

I actually like Tricky Truck. I might consider getting the cheaper license for the 24 hour broadcast.

    Question:

Would it technically be cheating if I have a buddy broadcast to the account from the XBOX-360 while me and him are Online? I do not have a Capture Card and can not afford one right now but he does. Would it be considered cheating the broadcast if he assists?

i have no idea, i personally wouldn't consider it cheating, but that's just me (i also don't have a capture card, although for me it's mainly because i'd need a wireless one, or a 40FT usb cable(if i were to go hdpvr) or 40FT hdmi cable (if i go capture card) yeah, my consoles aren't exactly that close to my pc) (BTW, if you do do tricky truck, do NOT, use multi-core mode, it causes major performance issues)

How many of you guys would be interested in a little "Meet and greet" broadcast at 5:30 PM EST tonight? Could discuss things like a Podcast and try out a few different ideas and games?

Going LIVE in 5 minutes for a Podcast and some game tests! Tune in now to chat and be there for when the PODCAST starts!

I'll be discussing my idea and different game suggestions and what not like that as well as testing a few games for the broadcast. More viewers and feedback is appreciated simply so I can get this on the roll!

That went really well honestly. Thanks for coming out and helping me! Got some good info and I tested a few different games. I'll be moving forward with the broadcast soon!

I'm doing some research before I get going on the 24 hour broadcast. I'm finding out that I can upgrade my Dell XPS 420 but it seems to be extremely expensive. a 4GB stick is $71 USD and the current one I have is 3 GB. If I keep the 3GB in and use the new 4GB that'll be 7GB BUT I've heard it isn't good to have two different sized RAM sticks. So to be truly effective and to get the most out of my Motherboard (8GB is max it can run), I'd have to get two sticks at $71 each which is way too much.

Here is the stick I'm looking at: http://www.crucial.com/store/mpartspecs.aspx?mtbpoid=7FF3CCE4A5CA7304

One from Corsair for 50 bucks, but it's a single 2 GB card: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/twin2x2048-6400

    Kingston 2 GB: http://shop.kingston.com/partsinfo.aspx?ktcpartno=KTD-DM8400C6/2G

Keep in mind they are confirmed to work with an XPS 420.

Ideally I'm wanting to try and upgrade a little before I do my 12/24 hour broadcast so what I might do is a 3 Hour broadcast to kind of "wet my feet" and see if I can come up with some support to get the RAM. I'd like to be able to increase the type of games I can broadcast. Not sure how RAM will help with that. I think any is better than just 3 GB though.

    Thoughts?

My thoughts are this. I am bumping an older thread.

Look! Check it out, Steam is in a Beta of broadcasting. Any game offered over Steam, any display of their client's game, even options to cast the desktop with full audio.

BeamNG.drive over this free service is spotty, the texture flux flicker. However, I am casting that beta of BeamNG alpha anytime I play. Also right now as we speak.

Beta/Alpha testing streaming play using Steam Broadcast.

I cannot achieve the Steam Broadcast to show over Steam\Community\BeamNG.drive\Broadcasts.

This was a great idea though.

I had to "hack" the broadcast to get BeamNG.drive to start on the cast. Solution was to run a different game first in a window [dying light] then next open BeamNG on top of that game, so now there is an open broadcast.

Check me out driving around some East Coast or Canyon of Speed right now. Leave a message say high, show me that Steam works and can do it.

Here is the link to my broadcast http://steamcommunity.com/broadcast/watch/76561198087834688

Thanks, see you. Today at least.
